TMD Staffing is looking to hire Bilingual Production Workers/General Laborers with lots of overtime in the Spring / North Houston TX 77389 area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT:In person
PAY RATE:$14.50/hour
SCHEDULE:Monday Friday 5PM5AM (Must be able to work 12 hour shifts initially 7 days/week then scale down to 5 days/week)
BILINGUAL PRODUCTION WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the production and fabrication of fiberglass products.
Cut trim sand and assemble fiberglass materials as required.
Operate hand tools grinders saws and other equipment.
Mix and apply resins gel coats and other chemicals safely.
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards.
BILINGUAL PRODUCTION WORKER QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to communicate in Spanish
Experience in manufacturing construction or a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is beneficial.
Able to work in environments with dust fumes and chemicals (with proper safety gear)
Ability to work in physically demanding environment (lifting bending standing)
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
