We are looking to hire a parttime Contract Mailroom & Facilities Assistant 20 hours per week). Office hours:Monday Thursday 9am to 2pm or 10am to 3pm.
What Youll Do
- Sort and deliver incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
- Process outgoing mail and shipments including label creation.
- Maintain records and other required information as needed.
- Stock supplies and move product.
- Assist with moving equipment and furniture.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes.
- Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
- Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage managing multiple demands.
- Attention to detail selfstarter and a positive team player.
PREFERRED
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in customer service facilities and/or shipping functions.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with current postal and shipping standards and procedures.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Environment is in both an office and warehouse setting; noise level is moderate.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Job requires walking kneeling and balancing.
- Ability to carry/lift up to 50 pounds.
- Hrly range $20$23

Pay offered will vary based on jobrelated factors such as location experience training skills and abilities.
