Marketing Communications Manager Ventures and Projects

We are seeking for proficient Marketing Communications Manager to develop and drive the marketing communications activities for DNVs product/market ventures and new global services in the energy sector as well as to contribute to an improved Marketing Communications function.

Timelimited (maternity cover) position focused on supporting specific projects and campaigns within the energy sector.

As a Marketing Communications Manager and a member of the Marketing Communications and Public Affairs (MCP) team you will bea resultsdriven strategic marketing communications advisor to the market/product venture teams Service area leaders. You will develop and own themarketing communications plans for the market/product ventures ensuring alignment with business objectives and MCP priorities. You will develop and delivercustomerfocused highquality marketing communications tactics tailored towards specific target audiences ensuring a premium customer experience in line with global quality efforts will contribute to building a consistent brand and solid reputation for DNV attract customer interest and generate leads where applicable.

You will work on projects to improve Marketing processes tactics tools and work on new ideas that bring the whole MCP team and Energy Systems ahead.

The MCP team in DNVs Energy Systems business area consists offive field marketing teams close to markets and customers and a global centre of specialists to set quality standards and build a premium brand experience. This way the MCP function ensures a joint gotomarket approach for all energy systems business units and services.

What Youll Do

• Establish and execute marketing communications plans aligned with the business objectives and marketing priorities for DNVs prioritized product/market ventures in the energy sector
• Plan and create integrated marketing campaigns based on identified customer personas and market segments to build brand awareness gain new customers and build repeat business
• Optimize the customer journey ensuring a premium customer experience at all touchpoints
• Experiment with content formats tools channels and targeting to learn and help drive more effective campaigns
• Challenge improve and collaborate on optimization projects in the Marketing Communications scope including events strategy and process digital marketing strategies and CX
• Analyse and optimize digital marketing touchpoints to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and marketing outcomes
• Develop best practices templates and guides to support continuous improvement efforts
• Drive the lead management process for products/services closing the loop to ensure highquality leads and a strong conversion rate
• Create and own value propositions including USPs in collaboration with other parts of the MCP function business development and sales
• Manage campaign budgets
