Overview
Gentle Dental is currently hiring a Dental Hygienist for our office in West Chester.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist atGentle Dental youll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings assessments and education all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly growthoriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
Schedule:
Fulltime or parttime position available.
Parttime would be at our West Chester location working Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:005:00.
Fulltime would include additional days at either our Media or Thorndale locations.

- $2500.00 sign on bonus

Gentle Dental is a wellestablished successful practice with a friendly welcoming atmosphere in the heart of West Chester. We truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start the candidate we hire will go through a short training program so when they begin to see patients they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team.
Previous experience working as a hygienist is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license for the state of PA. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments and take dental Xrays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelors degree in dental Hygiene
- License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
