Job Description

Automotive Sales Manager

Capital Nissan of Wilmington is looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our highperforming sales team. This is your chance to bring your leadership skills industry experience and passion for customer service to a dealership that values people and performance.

What youll be doing:

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of Sales Consultants

  • Drive sales performance through training coaching and daily motivation

  • Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable to goals

  • Ensure toptier customer service at every step of the sales process

  • Collaborate with finance and service departments for seamless operations

  • Assist in inventory management pricing strategy and marketing efforts

  • Uphold compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards

What were looking for:

  • Minimum5 years of automotive sales or finance experience

  • Prior management or team leadership experience preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills

  • Strong understanding of CRM and dealership software tools

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
