Job Title: Regional Business Development Representative Toxicology Sales
Location: Remote
Compensation: $200000 $250000 per year based on experience

About the Role:
Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to partner with a highly reputable toxicology laboratory based in Linden NJ with over 25 years of experience delivering premium laboratory testing services to healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth and expand market presence within Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Behavioral Health (BH) facilities and physician offices.
This remote role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with an existing network in clinical toxicology and drug monitoring sectors. If you thrive in a competitive healthcare sales environment and are passionate about helping providers access highquality lab services we want to speak with you!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Growth: Develop and execute territory business plans focused on expanding market share and driving revenue.
New Business Development: Identify target and secure new business opportunities within SUD/BH clinics pain management orthopedic groups and physician offices.
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing sales channels while building longterm client relationships.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to increase brand visibility and support promotional campaigns.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust sales pipeline track activity through CRM tools and engage regularly with key prospects and decisionmakers.
CustomerCentric Solutions: Present tailored toxicology testing solutions that demonstrate value and clinical application.
Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits and maintain strong communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors degree in Medical Biology or a related field strongly preferred.
Experience: 35 years of outside B2B sales preferably within healthcare or clinical laboratory services.
Network: Existing contacts within SUD/BH clinics pain management orthopedic practices or other drug monitoring/testing environments.
Personality: Entrepreneurial goaloriented outgoing and driven to succeed in a fastpaced competitive market.
Skills:
Exceptional communication organizational and problemsolving skills
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
High level of professionalism and integrity
Proficient in CRM and pipeline management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing environment
Required Experience:
35 years of experience in a competitive sales market.
Existing relationships in SUD/BH facilities and physician offices are preferred.
