Summary of Job Duties:
The Prototyping Lab Intern assists with the development of the Bentonville prototyping lab and connects early stage outdoor recreation entrepreneurs with university industrial design and prototyping expertise.Regular reliable and nondisruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
Undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas College of Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the following equipment:
Manual knee mill
Manual engine lathe
HAAS CNC machining center
MIG or TIG welding
CAD software (Solidworks Fusion 360 or other similar software)
3D printing
