- As a Mad Science Summer Camp Assistant you will assist the lead instructor with our interactive STEM camp. Our camps feature LOTS of handson activities exciting demonstrations and fun takehome projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Build and fly rockets demonstrate lasers explore the states of matter using dry ice and help our campers create slime. You will inspire the next generation of scientists through our innovative activities that show kids what science is really about.
- Supervising campers ages 611
- Assisting campers with handson projects
- Leading active games
- Cleaning and packing equipment as needed
- All camps are halfday morning camps from 9 am 12 pm. Camp staff hours are 8:30 am 12:30 pm.
- Travel to different camp locations each week. Camps are located in Newport News Poquson and Williamsburg.
- Enjoy teaching children the fascinating wonders of science!
- Experience working with elementary age children is a must (ages 511
- A valid drivers license and reliable car

- Bachelors Degree not required great job for recent high school graduate/current college student
