Key Responsibilities:

The Program Planning & Control Analyst job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assists with the setup and maintenance of billable contracts in the accounting system (Costpoint) to ensure consistency with the contracts and support of the Program Managements contract performance reporting requirements

  • Assists with developing plans budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts with a variety of contract types such as FFP CPFF CPAF T&M as well as hybrids

  • Assists with developing financial controls procedures systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements

  • Monitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met

  • Assists in producing cost reports and CDRLs in Cobra for customer & internal management distribution

  • Conducts variance analysis of actuals vs baseline

  • Assists with the review and approval of monthly invoices and validate revenue; support accounts receivable (AR) as during the monthly billing process

  • Assists in the investigations and resolution of AR invoice issues

  • Assists in generating reports of revenue profit and direct labor projections by contract by person

  • Assists with reviewing and coding purchase requisition and accounts payable invoices as

  • Helps initiate program funding alerts to the subcontracts administrator for all contracts assigned

  • Reviews subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy

  • Assists in the pricing of labor travel and materials for various types of contracts and proposals

Work Environment:

Describe the work environment including any specifics about onsite expectations travel requirements or other relevant details.

  • Location: Hawaii preferably Maui

  • Travel Requirements: no travel

  • Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or Businessrelated discipline

  • 2 or more years of related experience in performing related financial analysis work

  • Familiarity with financial accounting close process as it related to U.S. GAAP

  • Familiarity with Government cost accounting standards (CAS) as they relate to timekeeping allowable cost allocation of cost

  • Excellent business acumen and strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications

  • Intermediate Excel skills

Desired:

Experience with CostPoint 8 Cognos and Cobra is desired but not

Basic Compensation:

$90100k

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
