Built by a team of exUber WeWork and Amazon builders Natter has selectively hired a team of exited founders specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members. They are now looking for an additional team hire: a Product Manager.
Natter is already being used by some of the worlds largest companies ranging from big four consultancies like PwC institutional financial services providers like Legal and General to technology innovators like Miro.
Natters conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through realtime video conversations. Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to literally have a say on the most important decisions ranging from workplace strategy to new product offerings.

Product Manager Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Natter you will:
Own the endtoend product lifecycle for your ownership area: from discovery through delivery and iterations
Collaborate with worldclass engineering and design team to scope and ship highimpact features
Talk to users regularly to gather insights and validate assumptions
Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Define and prioritize the roadmap in alignment with company goals
Help shape a product culture thats fast datainformed and customercentric
Augment and execute a robust process for engineering of the Product Roadmap
Collaborate with the VP Product & Founders to further refine product vision strategies and roadmaps

5 years product management at a tech company or startup
Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users and converting and developing them into a product solution
Displaying effective leadership organisational and skill
Excellent communication and collaboration skills youll work across functions daily
Ability to think strategically while sweating the details
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
Passion for solving real problems for real users
Desirable
Experience in enterprise SaaS
Experience going through a full product lifecycle integrating customer feedback into product requirements driving prioritisation and pre/postlaunch
Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
