Provides screening assessing and providing treatment to patients with cognitive speech language voice and fluency disorders. Responsible for planning implementing and documenting patient evaluations and specific treatment plans for individual patients. Practice in accordance with the Speech Pathology Standards of Practice state and health regulations and the policies and procedures of Sutter Health.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Masters: Graduate of accredited language and speech pathology program.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
Applicable CA State practice clearance documentation
BLSBasic Life Support Healthcare Provider
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Critical thinking & problem solving decisive judgement and ability to work under required supervision level.
Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in demanding work environment organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
Professional communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills conflict resolution teamwork/ collaboration customer service and community relations.
Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.

Pay Range is $57.25 to $71.55 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
