Summary: Provide online rework support for Mio and Kool Aid Juice Drinks / Provides online support to the Filler Operator.
Work with all departments to meet or surpass the plants safety goals. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; follows Safety Good Manufacturing Practices and Dress Code policies. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Support on rework procedures on product with defective sealing filling or any other defects. Escalate major quality issues found in rework process. Document rework process per quality standards to ensure traceability. Supervises Capri Sun Filler Carton Forming Machine (CFM); loads cartons pouches into filler. Helps operator in clearing jams as well as breaking other utilities. Supervises quality issues and performs spot checks on pouch code legibility and NNcorrectness weights glue temperatures seal integrity straws anvil water pressure inflation air pressure and pouches. Notifies operator of any issues. Communicates with Coordinator and Material Handler to ensure adequate quantities of accurate packaging materials are on the line. Maintains good housekeeping. Performs Mini cleans CIPs and hot flushes. Provides input toward team development and participates in Green Room process improvement meetings. Help other utilities if they get behind when time allows; change trash bag and clean area before next shift and/or as needed; operates pallet jack and stretch wrap. Performs duties in Arpac area such as but not limited to audits rework changing of film and stickers as required. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment; while performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to wear appropriate companyissued safety and GMP equipment including: steel toe shoes that are also slip resistant hearing protection bump cap and other personal protective equipment.
