The Opportunity
In this leadership role you will shape guide and implement strategies to advance robust service delivery within JCODs purview; enhance care coordination and care integration approaches across multiple service delivery systems; and oversee structural processes that support delivery of services by JCOD and its contracted Provider Network.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE:

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

One year of experience in medical practice postgraduate training teaching or investigative work*.

*Medical practice postgraduate training teaching or investigative work must take place in the medical field.

Licenses:
California State Physician and Surgeons Certificate authorized by the Board of Medical Examiners of the State of California**.

A valid California Class C Drivers License or the ability to apply an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out jobrelated essential functions.

3 Moderate. This class requires that the incumbent stand or walk most of the time with bending stooping squatting twisting reaching working on irregular surfaces occasional lifting of objects weighing over 25 pounds and frequent lifting of 1025 pounds.

Our Assessment Process:
This examination will consist of a review and appraisal of qualifications based upon information from a Curriculum Vitae** weighted 100. This examination will assess leadership experience clinical and behavioral health expertise and care coordination experience.
