Job Description

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Administrative Officer 1 you will manage incident data develop and maintain reports ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate with various agencies and organizations to uphold program standards especially for Wayne County Early Intervention and Developmental Programs. Your work will be essential for ensuring the continuation of programs and funding through the continued efforts of our administrative office to stand as a neutral conflictfree intermediary amongst the provider network consumers families advocates and other community stakeholders.


The responsibilities of this role will rely on your proficiency in data analysis and report generation a strong understanding of policies and regulations related to developmental programs excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Share your administrative talents and help our team make a lasting positive impact on all of our neighbors in Wayne County!


Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Fulltime employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 60minute lunch. Employees may have overnight travel or out of County travel for meetings or training. Often irregular hours including evenings.
  • Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary:In some cases the starting salary may be nonnegotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelors degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training..
