Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the AEM Assets Product Management team. AEM Assets is designed to automate and accelerate every aspect of enterprise and digital agency content supply chains.
This highvisibility role requires developing and leading strategic goals to envision build and deliver Adobes technology solutions. These solutions will leverage AI to empower enterprise customers and digital agencies to scale content deliver hyperpersonalized experiences and build efficient content supply chains.
In this role responsibilities will also include planning and roadmap activities across product teams managing dynamic priorities aligning core teams and partners and communicating status both vertically and horizontally within the company and to customers. This crossfunctional role involves collaboration with various teams at Adobe as well as with customers and external vendors playing a critical role in advancing the business.
Successful candidates will have a passion for AI solving complex enterprise challenges a proven background in product management and experience working with marketing teams creative teams and/or agencies. They will also be dedicated to delivering highquality solutions to customers.

What Youll Do
Drive product strategy and for our Agentic and GenAI product features including defining key technical requirements and making informed tradeoffs between model capabilities and user needs
Lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiativesfrom concept to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Stay ahead of industry trends new technologies and competitor activitiesto inform product strategy innovation and strategic investments.
Collaborate with design engineering product marketing other product teams and salesto align on product vision strategy gotomarket (GTM) plans pricing packaging and business priorities.
Deliver highquality productsthat address unmet user needs while mitigating risks related to business viability value feasibility and usability.
Cultivate a usercentric approach to product developmentby incorporating user feedback concept testing and usability testing into an iterative development process.
Communicate with enterprise customers regularlyto clearly understand their needs and pain points.
Design and conduct research and market analysisto build a deeper understanding of customers and their needs.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmapto product leadership and executive teams.
Present and influence decisionmakingby sharing concepts business rationale and key findings with stakeholders and senior directors.
Train sales support and consulting teamson how to sell troubleshoot and use the new technology being developed.
Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization with a deep understanding of LLM
technical constraints ensuring efficient resource allocation across model training
finetuning and deployment
Write detailed technical specifications and user stories that effectively bridge
business requirements with engineering implementation needs
Analyze product metrics model performance data and user feedback to
continuously improve product capabilities and user experience
What You Will Need To Succeed
12 years of product management experience with at least 1 year focused onbuilding GenAI/ML products
Handson experimentation with emerging tools and platforms (e.g. Replit Vercel v0 for GenAI
Understanding of AI ethics bias mitigation and responsible AI developmentbest practices
Strong leadership skillsto drive consensus on requirements and ensure timely decisionmaking.
A proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
Knowledge of marketleading softwarein the marketing and creative industry.
Understanding of enterprise software sales.
Handson experience with product analytics software.
Experience developing enterpriselevel softwareasaservice (SaaS).
Proficiency in defining roadmapsand delivering with teams using agile software development methodologies.
A pragmatic leader with a growth mindsetcapable of driving both strategy and fastpaced .
Ability to establish a reason validate hypotheses and grow features from inception to market scalability.
Passion for constant optimization and improvementwith a steady focus on customer experience.
Proven success influencing peersacross crossfunctional teams in a highly matrixed and global organization.
Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and ability to adapt to change with ease.
MBA or equivalent experience in a businessrelated field is preferred.

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
