Job Description
- Deliver quality programs that focus on achieving or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
- Document all problems and work to resolve them. Report progress on problem resolution to management.
- Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations.
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
- Build Work Instructions
- Perform safety audits and 5s audits
- Lead corrective action activities
- Lead 3rd Party Audits
- Maintain Quality Systems (folders atlas documents etc.
- Lead Training Activities
- Hold Site Leaders Accountable for Quality Activities (CARs etc.
- Other business activities per supervisors direction.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices
Qualifications
- University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a Quality function
- ISO17025 experience
- Working knowledge of quality concepts techniques/methodologies including quality and business excellence models (e.g. ISOLean Sigma Baldrige / Shingo).
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment.
- Working knowledge of audit controls.
