As an Operations Team Lead you will give valuable experiences & world class service to consumers every day. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is maintained inventoried and recorded along with ensuring the sales floor remains stocked. This role offers opportunity to grow with some of the best teammates and partners in the industry.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Reinforces consistent operational standards both on the sales floor & backroom management through coaching training and accountability
  • Ensure back room is organized to easily identify needed product
  • Maintain sales floor is full with all appropriate necessary stock
  • Record and accept all incoming stock
  • Assist in leading the store team in meeting and exceeding all performance metrics including sales charms customer service and more
  • Coordinate delegate prioritize and meet store deadlines and follow up on daily actives within the building
  • Proactively contributes to crafting a team environment that is enjoyable shares suggestions ideas and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values
  • Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service product knowledge and placement visual presentation and stock room management.
  • Support team members in the daily of retail operations i.e. POS system management and use stock replenishment assist in pricing and markdown processes seasonally promote loyalty programs maintain cleanliness and recovery standards etc.
  • Follow Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures including shortage prevention inventory control and compliance procedures

What Youll Bring to the Table

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2 3 years of total retail experience ideal candidates will have a background in a previous store leadership role.
  • You are a proven leader; you like tchallenge empower and drive team results
  • Proven communication skills (written and verbal) tstore team operations managers District Managers & corporate partners
  • Desire tsucceed in a high growth fastpaced retail environment
  • Flexible work schedule (which may include nights weekends holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Ability tmove merchandise with appropriate equipment tand from backroom and sales floor on a daily basis

Ability tlift 30 pounds or more with assistance on a daily basis

Ability tbe on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and tcontinuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis

Ability talsbe required tstand walk kneel or balance for a duration of time on a daily basis

Ability tread instructions reports and information on computer/register screens and tkey information intcomputer on a daily basis

Pay Range: $14.00 $26.00*

*Pay is dependent on experience geographic area and applicable state laws

Salary or Pay Range: $18.00 $21.50

Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
