DescriptionWe are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consultant who will be responsible for leading the endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements perform gap analysis design solutions map business processes and configure systems.
Responsibilities- Lead endtoend implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules.
- Gather requirements analyse gaps design solutions and map existing HR business processes.
- Configuration of Core HR and Absence modules including work structures employee life cycle processes absence types eligibility profiles accrual plans and carryover rules.
- Design and support workflows fast formulas approval hierarchies and rolebased security setups.
- Lead and execute unit system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide user training and support for both rollouts and live environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications- Proven experience in endtoend Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with handson experience implementing both Core HR and Absence Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations setups and transactions specific to the Core HR and Absence Management modules.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications (e.g. Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional) are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
