About this position
Ensures all assigned facility equipment and areas are maintained and operating in safe and proper working condition.
Requirements
Education
High school graduate or equivalent required
Graduate of a building maintenance program or associated technical program preferred
Experience
Hospital maintenance experience or experience in a related field preferred
Must be able to formulate and implement cost effective solutions to various problems in facility maintenance
Must have good judgment and integrity
Must demonstrate interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work as a team member and also have the ability to work independently
Licensure/Certification
Valid Class D drivers license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record NMHC Standard
