We are seeking a manager to support the FP&A consolidated team for GTO Segment of Broadridge. This position will partner closely with GTO executive leadership team various segment FP&A teams and corporate FP&A.
They will align on business requirements deliver timely results and key operating metrics that drive valuable insights on the short medium and longerterm outlook.
As the FP&A Manager you will need to provide advanced level of financial guidance and validates key assumptions model outcomes conclusions risks opportunities and recommendations to finance and business executives. Additionally high level of systems proficiency using financial systems such as Oracle Financials Anaplan IBM TM1 or equivalent and the Microsoft Office suite of applications is required. This is a highly visible position requiring a solid understanding of the business and its key drivers along with strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. The role also requires people leadership skills.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Insight on revenue and expense management through identifying key performance drivers problem areas and providing financial support / measurement of key initiatives. Deliver thoughtful and defendable Transform existing datasets and information into next generation reporting using BI tools
- Find opportunities for operational improvement and work collaboratively to drive standardization of standard methodology across GTO Finance organization
- Develop monthly forecasts annual operating budget and multiyear strategic plan
- Ensure month end close activities are performed accurately and within required timelines
- Perform analysis of financial and operational performance including but not limited to product revenues sales and variance/trend analysis
- Develop and build strong partnerships with key points of contacts
- Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas with BU Finance teams as well as Corporate FP&A and Financial Reporting
- Other ad hoc analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Economics related field or equivalent experience required
- 35 years financial analysis experience required
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel Access and PowerPoint
- Selfstarter who can work in a fast paced quickly changing and highpressure environment
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiative
- Ability to identify and implement creative solutions that support increased efficiency
- Team oriented with ability to work independently communicate effectively and concisely demonstrate high level of personal accountability lead collaboratively and apply critical thinking and good judgment when faced with unstructured situations.
