Your responsibilities
Are you passionate about providing toptier application support and excelling in a dynamic team environment We are seeking a skilled Core Application Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the seamless functionality of our core application Miles a specialized solution for the leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities in this role:
- Deliver highquality support for our core application focusing on two primary areas: Incident Management (Diagnosing and resolving technical issues) and Service Requests (f.e. addressing access requests and configuration changes).
- Monitor and maintain ITInfrastructure to support continuous production and operational excellence f.e. by preforming regular checks on the performance of our applications and support with production.
- Utilize Jira as a ticketing system for tracking and managing support requests.
- Collaborate with a closeknit team of four with an office presence every Monday.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone with:
- A few years of handson experience in application support roles.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Profound SQL knowledge to handle databaserelated tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
