Job Description

Aliaxis EMEA is seeking a data analyst to oversee all data requirements for the implementation of an Advanced Planning System for our supply chain division across 7 regions in EMEA. Reporting to the Business Process Manager for Digital & Data the Data analyst ensures data accuracy consistency and integrity throughout the project. This role involves extensive collaboration with business and IT stakeholders acting as the goto expert for coordinating with local data owners and managers.

We are offering a unique 2year opportunity to be part of this transformative journey and contribute to highimpact projects. The role is based in Aliaxis EMEA Headoffice Brussels and will require up to 15 of travelling across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies to support the APS
    implementation. Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across all
    regions. Coordinate data collection cleansing and validation activities
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand data
    requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Facilitate regular
    meetings to discuss datarelated issues and progress. Act as the primary
    point of contact for local data owners and managers.
  • Collaborate with local data owners to gather necessary data from various
    sources. Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    Validate data to ensure it meets the requirements for APS.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate data from different systems into APS. Ensure
    seamless data flow between APS and other business systems.
  • Conduct data validation checks to ensure data integrity. Participate in system
    testing to verify data is correctly processed and utilized by APS
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for local data owners and users. Provide ongoing support to ensure datarelated issues are
    promptly addressed.

Requirements

  • Experience and related skillset in data management preferably in
    Supply Chain or Operations; understanding of key Supply Chain
    concepts
  • Good understanding of Demand and Supply Planning processes
    and Advanced Planning Systems
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience in managing business and IT stakeholders
  • Fluent in English any additional European language is a plus
