Major Duties :1. Maintain and reconcile accounting records 2. Prepare financial statements ensuring conformity to professional and regulatory requirements3. Provide input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency4. Provide daytoday support and guidance to Analysts the Senior Analyst will support the Team Leader with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective the use of staff resources 5. Identify document and disseminate new procedures and controls6. Carry out complex activities with significant financial client and/or internal business impact7. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management8. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees9. May manage daily operational activities and supervise daytoday work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)10. Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas11. Delivers a work product that requires less revisionKnowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredFunctional / Industry Knowledge is requiredAnalytical and problem solving skills are requiredBe able to work as part of a team with minimal supervisionAccuracy and attention to detail are criticalExperience :A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is required.Working with Us:
