Adult Services is looking for a program supervisor for a home located in Eagleville and Collegeville PA. that provides housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a Program Supervisor you will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic social emotional health and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care established Center Procedures Standards of Conduct Best Practices and regulatory requirements.
The schedule for this position is 8:305pm MondayFriday with an on call rotation
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highlyspecialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals all work to one common goal the happiness selffulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.

Qualifications
Be at least 21 years of age
Must possess and maintain valid drivers license
Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
Three 3 years of human service experience required. At least one 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Be empathetic a team player have excellent written and verbal communication skills energetic creative understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement and represent yourself as a positive role model. Additionally you must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid Requirements: Significant amounts of walking sitting and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100 mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
