Job Description
Join our team as a Steward where youll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. From sanitizing kitchen equipment and prep areas to heavyduty cleaning of ovens and hoods your meticulous attention to detail will ensure a safe and pristine environment for food preparation. With responsibilities ranging from vacuuming carpeted areas to washing tile floors youll contribute to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment stoves grills prep tables etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area floors and walls.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Heavy duty cleaning of ovens hoods grills sinks wall floors and other heavy equipment.
- Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
- Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
- Must be able to read write and comprehend English.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
