As a Senior Media Product Manager you will be responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders (such as media teams) and external media agencies and data providers to clearly define the current tech / data / product gaps in the marketing campaign lifecycle. You will play a key role in defining the longterm technical product vision supporting functional areas of crosschannel media strategy and planning buying marketing operations campaign reporting and measurement. You will also be responsible for establishing governance validation and audit exercises of existing solutions. Youll work closely with global teams to develop and evangelize standardized data models taxonomies and templates that can be applied consistently across the LATCANZ region (LATAM Canada Australian and New Zealand) while also capturing local nuances.
You will lead the collaboration with regional agency partners to manage data pipelines and identify new sources to continuously enhance our media data. In doing so you will play a mix of product and program management roles. You will work with media marketing strategy and finance owners to gather requirements and distil it into clear working backwards business requirement documents and manage program aspects such as business reviews and project plans. Youll leverage your strong analytical skills and business acumen to dive deep into the data uncovering highimpact insights and patterns that can inform product strategies. As a key partner to the media marketing strategy and finance teams youll build programs to apply these datadriven recommendations to drive measurable improvements in the performance of our ATL media investments. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in creating a virtuous cycle where insights lead to better planning which then generates even more impactful results and learnings.
The successful candidate has strong organization and influencing skills uses data to guide their decision making and operates from a solid foundational anchor in media metrics and data sets. They are comfortable working autonomously yet effective at partnering crossfunctionally and across regions with internal and external partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
* Work closely with leadership and crossfunctional and crossline business teams to identify customer needs develop and deliver innovative products and services that enable streamlined marketing planning and optimization at scale.
* Work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to understand and improve marketing product and tech capabilities and scalability.
* Develop and implement data governance processes to ensure media data quality and consistency.
* Serve as single point of contact for change management and process optimization solutions across data governance and automation with internal measurement and agency tech teams.
* Support development and regionally nuanced adaptations for business and technical process requirements and success criteria to power engineering science and business intelligence teams who create bestinclass solutions for customers.
* Manage bottlenecks provide escalation anticipate and balance business needs versus technical constraints to maximize business benefit.
* Establish and govern adherence to high quality .data management solutions through reoccurring validation exercises and tech gaps audits.
* Develop and manage intake system for adaptation requests from internal and external stakeholders and evaluate prioritization matrix for future program improvements.
* Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights that can optimize product and planning.
* Foster a datadriven culture and continuously enhance our media measurement capabilities.
A day in the life
As Snr Media PM you begin by reviewing any overnight updates or escalations. You then join a daily standup with your regional product and engineering counterparts to discuss ongoing projects blockers and new requests. After you dive into data quality audits and prioritize feature requests from crossfunctional teams. Translating business needs into technical requirements is crucial so you hold working sessions with subject matter experts. Over lunch with marketing and media managers you learn about planned investment shifts making a mental note to adjust our roadmap. In the afternoon you might join a governance review with our global partners. Together youll scrutinize the data pipelines discuss new vendor integrations and establish clear ownership for data quality control points.

7 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in technical product management program management or engineering
Experience in media or marketing data systems media operations and/or advanced analytics
Experience with media tooling and ad tech across a robust mix of media channels
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements prioritize incoming work requests and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Experience with automation processing and management of large complex datasets
Proven expertise in media measurement including advanced techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field like Analytics Computer Science or Business
Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and innovations in a fastpaced global environment
Experience with media tooling and ad tech across a robust mix of formats including but not limited to television print digital mobile and outofhome in LATAM countries especially Brazil Mexico Argentina Chile Colombia and/or Canada Australia and New Zealand.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
