Your role:
As a Product Learning Specialist you will be instrumental in empowering our partner and whollyowned brand merchandising teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering impactful training: Providing comprehensive system training (Stock Planning Line Flow Range Builder) alongside merchandising theory and best practices to partner merchandising teams.
- Designing engaging learning experiences: Creating effective and tailored training materials specifically for our partner product teams.
- Facilitating seamless integration: Supporting the successful integration of our product systems with partner operations.
- Championing our Learning Experience Platform: Assisting with the implementation of our new Thrive platform for partners including designing uploading and managing partnerspecific content.
- Driving partner success: Identifying onboarding challenges sharing best practices and pinpointing knowledge gaps to optimise partner workflows and trading strategies.
- Building strong relationships: Developing strong networks and effectively influencing stakeholders within partner organisations. This clientfacing role requires regular travel between our Enderby office and partner sites with the flexibility to be away from home for consecutive days when delivering onsite training.
- Contributing to internal development: Occasionally delivering jobspecific and merchandising skills training to trainees and assistantlevel employees within NEXT as part of our new Product Academy.

- While an L&D background isnt mandatoryexperience in training or mentoring team members would be advantageous.

- Patience resilience and confidence are key attributes.
- You have the ability toconnect with and inspire individuals at all levels within partner organisations.
