Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop and optimize AIdriven solutions for dataintensive environments for our client an American pharmaceutical company. In this role you will work closely with data engineers business analysts and domain experts to build scalable AI models integrate them into the Palantir Foundry workflows and drive automation across business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Palantir Foundry and AIP to enhance decisionmaking and process automation.
- Design and optimize Foundry pipelines Ontology workflows and AIpowered applications tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest clean and transform large datasets for AI model training and inference.
- Finetune LLMs and other AI models within Palantir AIP for enterprise applications.
- Integrate AI models into Foundry workflows and operationalize AIdriven insights.
- Ensure model performance scalability and compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AIdriven solutions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong background in Python for data processing and model development.
- Handson experience with LLMs NLP and deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Experience with MLOps model monitoring and optimization in a production environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
Nice to Have:
- PySpark
- Proficiency in Foundry Ontology Object Builders and Code Repositories.
- Experience in big pharma or highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of data privacy compliance and security best practices in AI applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
