Job Description

Quality Staffing Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to immediately join the team of our North GeorgiaMetro Atlanta based client as a Forklift Operator.The ideal candidate will earn an hourly pay rate of $16/hour to start. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Job Summary:

The Forklift Operatorwill be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move stack and organize pallets and other materials within the indoor/outdoor work area. The primary duties for theForklift Operator include loading and unloading trucks transporting materials to and from designated areas ensuring proper storage and inventory management and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to move materials and supplies to designated areas in the yard.
Load and unload trucks with materials ensuring correct placement and storage.
Stack and arrange materials and pallets in an organized manner to optimize space and accessibility.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels by updating stock records and reporting any discrepancies.
Ensure the safe operation of the forklift by conducting regular equipment checks and reporting any issues.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
