Job Description
IVitamin is seeking 2 full timeClient Coordinators one at ourSouth Congress locationand one at our Anderson Lane locationto join our health & wellness team and work in a fun and exciting environment.Candidate must have excellent communication skills be reliable professional detailoriented able to multitask and sell our monthly membership and products to clients. In this fast paced environment candidates must be able to provide a high end customer service experience to our guests.

Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities located in downtown Austin and North Austin designed for the healthconscious and wellnessdriven. We offer a range of IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs both in our lounges and through mobile services to clients homes or offices. Our clients come to us looking to boost their energy improve their health and achieve balance through IV hydration therapy.
The best of the best may seem clich but to our team at IVitamin it is the foundation on which we are built. When it comes to patient safety quality of care and client experience nothing but exceptional is acceptable. Primary Responsibilities Include:
Work Environment
This job operates in a health care setting. This role requires regular walking and standing throughout the facility. This role routinely interacts with patients on a daily basis. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job the employee will be regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing walking bending kneeling and stooping. The employee must frequently move or lift items weighing over 40 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position in a health care environment. Shifts will be scheduled during hours of operation allowing for some fluctuation for preopening and postclosing functions.
Sunday: 9:306:30 9 hours)
Monday: 9:304:30 7 hours)
Tuesday: 9:304:30 7 hours)
Wednesday: 9:304:30 7 hours)
Thursday: 9:304:30 7 hours)

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Greets and welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Sells our membership plans packages and retail products to patients.
- Optimizes patients satisfaction treatment time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person by email or by telephone.
- Checking out on Point of Sale system and managing appointment systems.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying staff of patients arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding patients and staff of service delays.
- Comfort patients by anticipating patients anxieties; answering patients questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial information
- Reconciles cash drawer daily.
- Manages the email and phone system to ensure all inquiries are answered.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Multitasking Flexibility Telephone Skills Customer Service Time Management Organization Attention to Detail Scheduling Word Processing Professionalism Quality Focus
- Sales experience in a service or retail industry preferred preferable in a membershipbased environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Computer skills in Word Excel and various software programs
- EMR/POS system experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
- Prior receptionist experience desired but not required
