This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a boardcertified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a wellestablished cardiology team at our Indianapolis IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated experienced APP or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.
- Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic hospital rounding and cardiac testing oversight EP
- MonWed & Fri 7:00am5:30 pm (Thursdays off)

Licensure & Certification
- Board Certification required
- Indiana medical license will be required
