An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cornwall Council as a AMHP Hub Team Manager within the 24/7 Mental Health AMHP Hub Duty Service. This dynamic and fastpaced team operates as a centralised countywide service providing statutory Mental Health Act assessments and consultation across Cornwall. The role is integral to the delivery of highquality personcentred mental health interventions and requires strong operational oversight clinical knowledge and strategic thinking.

Working Pattern:
The team operates a 24hour 7 day a week service working with people presenting with acute mental health needs and is supported through a flexible shift arrangement designed to meet service demand and operational requirements. While the Team Manager will be required to primarily work Monday to Friday a flexible approach is essential to support the needs of the service when required. Enhancements are payable for working unsocial hours together with On Call payments as per policy.
This is a full time position. In line with Cornwall Council Policy flexible working options are available for this role such as compressed hours and hybrid work arrangements.
