Mater Hospital Mackay are seeking applications for a Quality & Safety Associatein a permanent fulltime capacity.
The Quality & Safety Associate (QSA) is responsible for activities as delegated relating to Quality and Safety Management across the hospital/service which are essential to the licensing service level agreements and contracts.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to notforprofit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!

This fulltime role will be performed Monday to Friday with an expectation that hours are across 5 days however may vary depending on operational need. Mater recognises the importance of worklife balance and can accommodate flexible work arrangements where possible.

A clinical background with at least 5 years front line experience; and welldeveloped computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
