Trigrr is an innovative software company specializing in smart buildings. They have developed an advanced Building Operating System (BOS) that seamlessly integrates and automates various building technologies (such as HVAC lighting and access control). This enables business center office and hospitality sector managers to make their buildings more efficient userfriendly and easier to manage.
Thanks to strong collaborations with both software and hardware providers Trigrr is growing rapidly and their technology continues to evolve. To support this growth they are looking for a sales colleague to take on further expansion in the Benelux and by extension Europe.
The role:
- You will follow up on leads and attend prospect meetings where you will identify their needs based on targeted questions.
- You will work with the customer to devise and implement the right solution.
- The sales cycles are long 618 months) so you are patient and persistent in order to close deals with a view to longterm cooperation.
- You attend relevant events and expand your network in sectors such as the real estate sector.
- You will report directly to the CEO.
Your profile:
- You have already built up a first few years of sales experience / 3 years).
- You have experience in software solution sales you know how to sell a solution.
- You have experience with the real estate sector and understand how it works.
- Experience in proptech is a plus!
- You are fluent in English complemented by Dutch and/or French.
- You are accurate and can easily connect with customers to come to a suitable solution.
