Job Description

Build the future of real estate.

Buena is looking for their first Germanspeaking Sales Manager to develop and executive the sales playbook of the fastest growing real estate startup in Europe. In your role you will build relationships with highvalue landlords and consult them through the entire sales process from first meeting to negotiation and signing. You will help educate landlords about the benefits of modern property management at Buena and will often meet clients inperson. We are looking for top 1 talent who are motivated to recruit and lead their own worldclass sales team at Buena.

Renting should feel effortless and friendly for tenants like staying at the Marriot Hotel. Meanwhile real estate investing should be as simple as buying a stock with Revolut.

Buena is building the worlds best property manager by combining powerful software with a team of experts. We sit right between landlords and tenants the perfect place to disrupt the worlds biggest asset class.

Were starting our mission in Germany a giant and outdated $15B property management market. In 2024 we became Europes fastestgrowing real estate startup adding $1M in revenue every week. Buena has raised an undisclosed amount from leading US and European VCs.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Build relationships with highvalue inbound landlords from first call to negotiations and signing
  • Become an expert in real estate and help educate customers about Buenas unique modern property management service
  • Work closely with our property managers and the sales team to create and implement appropriate inbound sales strategies and plans
  • Work internally with the sales marketing and product teams to create a better service for customers based on feedback you gather

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excited about career growth in sales and developing into a Team Lead at Buena
  • Have previous successful Germanspeakiing sales experience OR have a strong desire to begin a sales career if youre new to sales within the tech industry
  • Are goaloriented selfmotivated and passionate about succeeding in a metricdriven sales role
  • Excited to meet customers inperson and doing daily calls with inbound prospects
  • Have a natural curiosity and takes ownership to learn new things while also proactively seeking regular coaching
  • Love working in a fastpaced challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better and get excited by friendly competition between teams and each other occasionally
