Job Description
We are looking for an EPD Consulting Specialist to work with our global Englishspeaking markets.
One Click LCA is the construction industrys leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment for buildings infrastructure and manufacturing. A B2B SaaS business our solutions are used in over 140 countries across 50000 global construction projects with 150000 certified construction data points and trusted by the biggest names in construction and manufacturing.
You will join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
This fulltime permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in EU / UK / Asia.
What youll do:
- Deliver customer trainings and onboardings to our key and enterprise customers on Life Cycle Assessments and EPDs to make them successful in their use of our software to deliver EPDs
- Helping our customers with their queries related to the software technical queries about product LCA & EPDs EPD standards and calculation methods
- Own the Customer Success role for our manufacturing clients by establishing a trusting relationship with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help customers
- Writing and contributing to guidance articles which are published on our customer help centre page
- Lead project management for some of our larger customers who have multiple products and show them the value of using the various tools to drive their sustainability and business goals
- Identifying platform improvements and raising them to Product Management
- Maintain high quality standards compliance of our LCA & EPD work
What you need:
- Degree in engineering with a major or minor in environmental mechanical materials or similar
- 35 years handson experience on LCA product sustainability or related area in a customer facing role
- Experience in technical support product training and process documentation
- Ability and motivation to partner with manufacturers in making our customers succeed in construction sector product LCA software EPDs and CFPs
- High customer and service orientation with attention to details
- Ability to quickly analyse client situation and to find most suitable solution for them
- Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
- Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team
- Proficiency in English additional language skills would be a big plus
