As a Customer Service & Operations Intern (Curricular Internship this position requires current University enrollment) you will be the primary point of contact between Fler and our customers. Youll have the opportunity to significantly contribute to our growth by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and supporting essential operational processes. This role will allow you to see the inner workings of an innovative startup from diverse perspectives allowing you to develop valuable competencies across multiple business domains while making a tangible impact on our success.
Tasks
- Manage customer communications across multiple channels (email social media phone)
- Answer customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with orders shipments and returns
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
- Support ecommerce operational processes (order management shipment tracking)
- Assist in creating and managing administrative documents including delivery notes updating Excel spreadsheets and contributing to forecasting models and reports
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer insights
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Economics Business Administration Communication Marketing Management Engineering or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (C1 level required)
- Knowledge of German/Spanish/French is a plus
- Customeroriented mindset and ability to handle complex situations with empathy
- Problemsolving attitude and ability to work independently
- A proactive and collaborative approach you love working with people and people love working with you
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in ecommerce and startup operational processes

- Fulltime curricular internship (tirocinio curricolare you need to be currently enrolled in University)
- 612 months
- Full remote quarterly in person meetings in Milan. If youre based in Milan you can join the team at our offices based at WAO C30 twice a week.
