Role: Professional Services Team Member for Genesys Pure Cloud Contact Center
Objective: Provide custom solutions and enhance platform features through customization.
Relevant Work Experience:
56 years in and nbsp;Software Development and nbsp;(Java/J2EE Web Services SOAP and amp; REST).
Experience with and nbsp;Genesys Pure Cloud Development and nbsp;Salesforce Open CTI and nbsp;Salesforce Lightning Development IVR and nbsp;Payment Gateway Integration.
Expertise in and nbsp;CTI and nbsp;Dashboard Design and and nbsp;Contact Center solutions.
Major Activities:
Custom solution design.
IVR Call Flow Development.
CTI Integration Chat Bot Development.
Salesforce/SNOW and amp; custom API integration for data reading/upload.
Conducting and nbsp;Analysis/Feasibility Study and nbsp;and preparing and nbsp;Scope of Work and nbsp;documents.
Key Skills and amp; Technical Expertise:
Languages and amp; Technologies: Java/J2EE Python SQLServer.
Platform and amp; Integration: Genesys Pure Cloud and nbsp;Salesforce Integration and nbsp;ServiceNow Integration and nbsp;Custom CRM Integrations.
Web Services: REST SOAP XML.
Experience with IVR: Selfservice IVR development Speechenabled IVR and nbsp;Voice/Chat Bots.
Cloud Contact Centers: Understanding of cloudbased solutions and backend systems integration.
Additional: AWS Lambda Payment Gateway applications knowledge.
Functional Expertise:
Strong grasp of and nbsp;Genesys Pure Cloud and nbsp;and and nbsp;IVR/CTI applications.
Solid and nbsp;Customer Management and nbsp;experience.
