Patient Demographics: Mix of Peds & adults

Support Staff: 1 RN 2 MAs

Procedures: Include some Chronic Pain Management

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.

Chart closure within 72 hrs.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BLS

DEA

3 years of experience in a similar setting.

PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate.

NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II.

Immunization & Flu Vaccine
