CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.

Chart closure within 72 hrs.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE (If BE: must be 5 yrs or less since residency)

BLS

DEA

Immunization and Flu Vaccine
