Job Description
We re hiring a Desktop Support Engineer 12 years of experience) for an onsite role in Lisbon or Porto. If you enjoy handson IT troubleshooting and user support apply now!
What You ll Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows Office basic networking)
- Provide 1st & 2nd line onsite IT support to employees
- Set up and maintain workstations manage user accounts and handle IT assets
- Document solutions and improve support processes
Requirements
- 12 years of IT support experience (or strong internship)
- Fluent in Portuguese (minimum B2 & English
- Handson experience with Windows OS Office 365 and basic Active Directory
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for fulltime employment (No student visas or temporary work)
- Proactive customerfocused and problemsolving attitude
