Full Stack Developer
This role supports a key initiative in the insurance industry contributing to the development of cloudbased enterprise data solutions. The selected candidate will join a collaborative and experienced team focused on engineering scalable data platforms and enhancing selfserve analytics capabilities. With a strong emphasis on cloudnative technologies and modern development practices the work will directly influence strategic business outcomes and enable advanced data governance across the organization.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $64 to $68 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $76 to $80 per hour.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work: 3 office days preferably Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cloudbased technology solutions for data engineering and software platforms.
Support the data marketplace vision through system integrations and selfserve data access for business users.
Engineer platform tools in partnership with crossfunctional teams to support current and future needs.
Collaborate with enterpriselevel teams to drive innersource development and shared solutions.
Partner with technical program managers to shape team backlogs and report on strategic initiatives.
Build and enhance DevOps pipelines to improve deployment speed and developer experience.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
5 years experience in datafocused organizations supporting largescale endtoend initiatives.
4 years of handson experience building web applications for data warehouses and pipelines using cloudnative technologies.
Proficient in designing and deploying scalable data pipelines data lakes and data warehouses.
Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies: Cloud (GCP AWS Azure) Databases/Warehouses (SQL Server Snowflake).
Indepth knowledge of AWS services including S3 EC2 EKS Glue SageMaker Athena and Redshift.
Strong programming skills in SQL and C# (Blazor .NET Core).
Familiarity with Python Streamlit is considered an asset.
Skilled in building API solutions and microservices.
Proficient in HTML and CSS for frontend development.
Strong decisionmaking abilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes and leading change initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
