Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services for students within the Little Rock Arkansas. The ideal candidate will deliver behavioral analysis services and support behavior management plans for students in both special education and those receiving support through the MultiTiered System of Supports (MTSS).

Requirements:

Must hold current BCBA credentials through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Must possess an acceptable graduate degree including required coursework and supervised experience

Minimum of three 3 years of demonstrated experience providing behavioral services

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with behavior concerns

Create and adjust behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individual students

Participate in IEP MTSS and schoolbased intervention team meetings

Oversee Positive Behavior Interventionists and Technicians

Collaborate with district and school leadership to adapt BCBA programming

Provide direct support for students with complex behavioral needs

Submit monthly invoices for direct service time only

Any other duties as assigned
