Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for students from Early Childhood through Grade 12 within Little Rock Arkansas. The ideal candidate will deliver highquality therapy services supporting students individual education programs (IEPs) promoting functional independence in educational settings.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the State of Arkansas

Minimum of three 3 years of experience schoolbased experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy aligned with IEP or 504 plan goals

Perform evaluations and treatment only with authorization from designated district staff

Complete therapy notes and required Medicaid documentation monthly using district forms

Follow all federal state and district guidelines for service delivery

Provide own testing and therapy equipment

Consult with school staff and parents; communicate effectively

Participate in required district orientations and trainings

Notify district if unable to attend scheduled therapy sessions

Submit invoices monthly per district guidelines (direct services only)

Abide by procedures for campus access and documentation

Any other duties as assigned
