Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven female Property Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in property sales excellent client management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or property sales (minimum 3 5 years preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident clientfocused approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
- Indepth knowledge of the local property market and current trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Must be selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently
- Female candidates only (rolespecific requirement)

- Generate leads and convert prospects into property buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
- Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
