Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead to design develop and deliver endtoend CPQ solutions for a largescale enterprise. This is a leadership role that requires deep technical knowledge of native Salesforce CPQ excellent Apex/LWC skills and strong experience in architecting product configuration pricing logic quote templates and approvals.
You will work handson while also leading and mentoring a team of developers. You ll define the CPQ roadmap lead sprint planning enforce coding standards and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices. The role also requires integration leadership for Salesforce CPQ to Billing and ERP systems including custom quote flows pricing engines and discount logic.
You will be actively involved in solutioning design reviews client communication and performance tuning. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fastmoving Agile environment with exposure to complex global CPQ programs.
Requirements
- 6 10 years of Salesforce experience with minimum 3 years in CPQ
- Strong handson experience with CPQ components: Product Rules Price Rules Discount Schedules Quote Templates Advanced Approvals
- Proficiency in Apex LWC Flow Builder and configuration
- Experience in CPQ architecture data modeling and system performance optimization
- Strong understanding of CPQ calculation sequence and debug tools
- Experience with Salesforce Billing or integration to ERP is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership in Agile development and team mentoring
- Experience with Git Jira and CI/CD (Copado/Gearset)
- Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Preferred: CPQ Functional Associate PD2 Architectlevel certs
