We are seeking a fresher from a Category A Management Institute (IIMs XLRI ISB FMS MDI etc. who is eager to explore the IT services and recruitment ecosystem and can support strategic decisionmaking through deep research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on the IT Staffing industry in India APAC and global markets
Analyze trends in IT recruitment hiring models gig workforce and emerging technologies
Benchmark top staffing companies service offerings pricing models delivery capabilities
Study client segments (Servicebased Captives Startups) and hiring trends
Prepare reports dashboards and presentations based on research findings
Collaborate with business heads on special research projects and business proposals
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 Management College
Strong interest in market research business strategy or HR/Recruitment domain
Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel and data presentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and curiosity to deep dive into industry data and trends
Requirements and skills BBA / MBA with specilization of HR preferable looking for this Type of candiadte Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Familiarity with social media sourcing Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships Good networking abilities

MBA in HR
