Job Description
Pay Rate: $14/Hour
May 12th August 22nd
- Provide firstlevel technical support for enduser hardware software and connectivity issues
- Assist with setting up new user accounts and performing basic device provisioning
- Support routine maintenance tasks such as software updates hardware inventory and device checks
- Help document and update internal knowledge base and support guides
- Support basic securityrelated tasks such as monitoring alerts and reviewing access logs under guidance
- Assist in the review and documentation of IT policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings training sessions and crossfunctional projects as assigned
- Provide administrative support to IT and Security teams as needed
Qualifications :
Level of Formal Education: Currently working toward a degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required (overall and major)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and project management skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Personal Attributes: Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization residents families etc.
