An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within our Business Partner Enablement Team (BPET) within the Buying department of ALDI stores based in Minchinbury. This is a 12month fixedterm opportunity.
Our Business Partner Enablement Team play a key role in the monitoring and supporting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) onboarding preparation and coordination of business partner communications and business partner compliance.
What does the role look like
- Develop and maintain relevant process documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Action adhoc administrative tasks
- Create and maintain datasets to ensure efficient workflow to all ALDI stakeholders
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team and assist with ongoing projects as required
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- Previous EDI experience is preferred
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills particularly in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fastpaced environment

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $76800 $84300 including Superannuation.
