Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Entry Level Facilities Support Specialist to join our Construction and Facilities team. This is a fulltime entry level officebased role that supports maintenance and facilities operations across multiple states by coordinating vendors scheduling services and ensuring smooth project from start to finish.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problemsolving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist store managers in multiple states by connecting them with repair technicians or other vendors for various projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are driven to completion.
- Maintaining accurate records of projects.
- Procuring necessary supplies online and equipment from our vendors.
Additional Information :
Salary Range:
- $45000 $50000 a year
